Pasta Salad:

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook rotini pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare Dressing: Whisk together zesty Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, olives, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and parsley.
