Pasta Salad:
- 12 ounces rotini pasta

Dressing:
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook rotini pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare Dressing: Whisk together zesty Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, olives, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and parsley.
- Add Dressing: Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
