For the White Chocolate Mascarpone Filling:

- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened

- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Additional sliced strawberries and white chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Whip the Cream: Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
- Prepare the Mascarpone Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the melted white chocolate, then gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Make the Strawberry Syrup: In a small bowl, stir together the strawberry preserves, water, and lemon juice to create a dipping syrup.
- Assemble the Tiramisu: Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the syrup and layer half of them in the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and strawberries.
- Chill and Garnish: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Before serving, garnish with additional strawberries and white chocolate shavings.

- For added flavor, you can infuse the strawberry syrup with a splash of Grand Marnier or strawberry liqueur.
