For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 8 ounces white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pan and bake.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, white chocolate, sour cream. Toss blueberries with flour and fold into batter. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes until nearly set. Let cool in the oven. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Garnish with blueberries and white chocolate shavings before serving.
