Turkey Wings:
- 4 large turkey wings (split at joints, tips removed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season the turkey wings: Pat the turkey wings dry, mix seasonings, rub all over wings, drizzle with olive oil.
- Prepare the baking dish: Scatter onions and garlic in dish, arrange wings on top, pour broth and Worcestershire sauce around wings.
- Bake: Cover tightly with foil, bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 30–40 minutes.
- Finish: For crisp skin, broil wings for 3–5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
