  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Filling:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Garnish (optional):

  • Extra shredded coconut
  • Pineapple tidbits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a greased 9×9-inch pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, vanilla, pineapple, and coconut. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Add topping: Spread whipped topping over the bars. Chill for at least 2 hours.
