Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Garnish (optional):
- Extra shredded coconut
- Pineapple tidbits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a greased 9×9-inch pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Cool.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, vanilla, pineapple, and coconut. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature.
- Add topping: Spread whipped topping over the bars. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish: Top with extra coconut and pineapple tidbits if desired.
