- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat.
- Prepare the flatbreads: Brush both flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Spread basil pesto evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, then top with cherry tomato halves and red onion slices.
