Optional Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth.
