Instructions

- Prepare Pastry: Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface, transfer to baking sheet, score edges, and prick center.
- Assemble Tart: Spread caramelized onions inside the border. Arrange sweet potato slices over onions, sprinkle with feta, season, and brush edges with egg wash.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Garnish with thyme.
