Instructions

  1. Prepare Simple Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, then cool to room temperature.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine strawberries, simple syrup, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain Mixture: Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  4. Chill and Freeze: Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then churn in an ice cream maker. Freeze until firm.
