Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Gather all the frozen fruits (strawberries, pineapple, and optional banana), coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey or maple syrup if using, and ice cubes.
  2. Combine in blender: Add the frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks, banana if using, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice cubes into a blender jar.
  3. Blend smoothie: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no large chunks remaining.
