Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Gather all the frozen fruits (strawberries, pineapple, and optional banana), coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey or maple syrup if using, and ice cubes.

- Blend smoothie: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no large chunks remaining.
- Sweeten to taste: Taste the smoothie and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again briefly to mix.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest taste. Optionally garnish with a strawberry or pineapple wedge for a tropical touch.
Notes
- Use all frozen fruit and reduce juice to get a thicker smoothie consistency.
- For a dairy-free and vegan version, use maple syrup instead of honey and coconut milk.
- Garnish with fresh fruit like a strawberry or pineapple wedge to enhance presentation.
