Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Strawberry Filling:
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)
Additional:
- Additional powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare puff pastry: Cut the puff pastry sheet into 9 equal rectangles, place on baking sheet, prick with a fork, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and flaky. Let cool.
- Whipped cream: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare strawberries: Optionally mix sliced strawberries with warmed jam.
- Assemble: Slice pastry rectangles in half, spread whipped cream, add strawberries, and top with another pastry half. Dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For added flavor, brush the top pastry layer with a light glaze of warmed jam.
- You can also add a layer of vanilla pudding or pastry cream for a more traditional Napoleon.
