Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Strawberry Filling:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

Additional:

  • Additional powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare puff pastry: Cut the puff pastry sheet into 9 equal rectangles, place on baking sheet, prick with a fork, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and flaky. Let cool.
  3. Whipped cream: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. Prepare strawberries: Optionally mix sliced strawberries with warmed jam.
  5. Assemble: Slice pastry rectangles in half, spread whipped cream, add strawberries, and top with another pastry half. Dust with powdered sugar.
