- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs

For the Strawberry Glaze:
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Cruller Dough: In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Cook, then add flour and stir until a ball forms. Let cool, then beat in eggs.
- Fry the Crullers: Pipe dough rings onto parchment paper and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Make the Glaze: Blend strawberries, strain, and mix with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Dip cooled crullers in glaze.
