Description

Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1824 black olives (pitted)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Eggs: Place the eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Drain and transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Peel the eggs, slice in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  3. Create the Spiders: Cut olives in half for the body and slice the other halves into thin strips for legs. Place one olive half in the center of each deviled egg and add olive legs on each side.
  4. Chill and Serve: Chill the deviled eggs until ready to serve.
