Potatoes:

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  2. Coat Beef and Potatoes: Add the beef cubes and potatoes to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Cook in Slow Cooker: Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
