- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Prepare Rice Mixture: Stir in uncooked rice and toast. Combine mushroom soup, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
