- 1 cup beef broth

- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook the meat: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef or lamb, cook until browned. Add onion, garlic, and carrots, cook until softened.
- Add seasonings: Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle flour, cook briefly.
