Instructions

- Sauté Spinach: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare Filling: Mix sautéed spinach with feta and cream cheese until combined.
- Assemble: Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares, place filling in the center, and fold corners together.
- Bake: Brush with beaten egg, bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffy.
- Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.
