Ingredients
Italian Sausage:
1 lb, casings removed
Olive Oil:

Onion:
1 medium, chopped
Garlic:
3 cloves, minced
Chicken Broth:

Water:

Potatoes:
1 lb, diced
Dried Thyme:
1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano:

Instructions
- Cook Sausage: In a large pot, brown sausage in olive oil. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Sauté onion, then add garlic.
