- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
Other:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (plus more for serving)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for better texture.

- Bake: Place the ribs on a large sheet of foil, meat-side up. Wrap tightly and bake for 2½ to 3 hours, or until tender.
- Glaze and finish: Unwrap the ribs, brush with barbecue sauce, then broil or grill for a caramelized finish.
- Serve: Let rest, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For deeper flavor, marinate the ribs in the dry rub overnight.
- Pair with coleslaw, cornbread, or baked beans for a classic BBQ meal.
