Tiramisu Layer:

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • ½ teaspoon rose water (optional)

Instructions

  4. Garnish and Chill: Sprinkle pistachios, saffron, and rose petals. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
