- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add protein powder, baking soda, and salt, and stir until fully incorporated.
- Combine and Bake: Fold in the oats and chocolate chips or nuts if using. Scoop the dough into tablespoon-sized portions on the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Cool and Serve: Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
