  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Strawberry Mixture:

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Topping:

  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pineapple Mixture: In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, half of the milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, honey (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour half into glasses.
  2. Strawberry Mixture: Rinse the blender and blend frozen strawberries with remaining milk until smooth. Swirl strawberry mixture into the glasses with the pineapple base.
  3. Top with whipped cream if desired and serve immediately.
