Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine pineapple, cornstarch, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly and pour into the prepared dish.
