Instructions
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add crushed pineapple, powdered sugar, coconut extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in whipped topping and half of the toasted coconut until light and fluffy.
- Finish and Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining toasted coconut on top. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
