Description

This Piña Colada Fruit Dip is a creamy and tropical sweet treat that’s perfect for parties and gatherings. With the flavors of pineapple, coconut, and a hint of rum, it pairs beautifully with a variety of fresh fruits for dipping.

Ingredients

Scale

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additions:

  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
  • Fresh fruit for serving (such as strawberries, grapes, apple slices, or melon)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add crushed pineapple, powdered sugar, coconut extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in whipped topping and half of the toasted coconut until light and fluffy.
  3. Finish and Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining toasted coconut on top. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve: Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
