- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Sauce and Cheese:
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (19-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook Tortellini: Boil salted water and cook tortellini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear Steak: Brown ribeye steak in olive oil, season, and set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: Cook onion, bell peppers, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
