  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak or shaved beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Veggies:

  • 1 small yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 small green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Sauce and Cheese:

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (19-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini: Boil salted water and cook tortellini per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Steak: Brown ribeye steak in olive oil, season, and set aside.
  3. Sauté Veggies: Cook onion, bell peppers, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
