Ingredients
Scale
For the filling:
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak or sirloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper: Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add onion and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
