Hoisin Sauce:

Honey:

Chopped Peanuts:

Green Onions, sliced:

Butter Lettuce Leaves, separated and washed:

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add ground chicken, and cook until browned.
  2. Add Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
  3. Make Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, and water.
