Instructions
- Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add ground chicken, and cook until browned.
- Add Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, and water.
