Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

- Optional Granola: If using granola, stir it in or sprinkle a bit on top.
- Freeze: Scoop the mixture into silicone mini muffin molds or line a mini muffin tin with paper liners. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
