Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a standard 6-cup muffin tin.
- Roll Out Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a thin rectangle, about 10×12 inches.
- Add Fillings: Spread the peach preserves, sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and diced peaches.
- Roll and Shape: Roll the pastry into a log, slice lengthwise, and coil each half into a spiral.
