Description

This Orange Cinnamon Iced Tea is a refreshing and flavorful summer beverage that combines the sweetness of oranges with the warmth of cinnamon, perfect for a hot day.


Ingredients

For the Tea:

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 large orange, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil Water: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Steep Ingredients: Remove from heat and add the black tea bags, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add Sweetener: Remove the tea bags and cinnamon sticks, then stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
  4. Cool Mixture: Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Chill and Serve: Pour into a large pitcher, add the remaining 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill completely. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

  • For a stronger cinnamon flavor, steep the cinnamon sticks for up to 10 minutes.
