Cookie Dough:

- 1 cup raisins

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Add Mix-Ins: Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts if desired.
- Bake: Drop tablespoons of dough onto sheets, bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool on pan before transferring to a rack.
