- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Crushed oatmeal cream pies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the pan.
- Make Crust: Pulse 8 oatmeal cream pies with melted butter. Press into pan and bake.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake in a water bath for 55–65 minutes. Cool in the oven.
- Chill: Chill for at least 4 hours. Top with whipped cream and crushed pies.
