- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the old fashioned oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in M&M’s: Gently fold the mini M&M’s into the mixture to evenly distribute them without melting.
- Form Balls: Using a medium cookie scoop, portion the mixture and roll into 12 individual bite-sized balls.
