- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup grated carrots or finely chopped apples
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, sweet feed, molasses, applesauce, carrots or apples, flaxseed if using, and cinnamon. Stir well until the mixture is evenly combined and sticky.
- Shape Cookies: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of mixture at a time and shape into small balls or flatten into cookie shapes.
- Refrigerate: Place the cookies on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Store: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
