Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prep Baking Dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Cake Batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, and water. Beat until smooth.
