- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Mint Fudge: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring (if using). Pour into the pan.
- Add the Chocolate Swirl: Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with vegetable oil and drizzle over the mint fudge. Swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
