Description

Indulge in the creamy, minty goodness of this delightful Mint Fudge. Perfect for the holidays or any time you crave a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Mint Fudge:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)

For the Chocolate Swirl:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mint Fudge: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring (if using). Pour into the pan.
  2. Add the Chocolate Swirl: Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with vegetable oil and drizzle over the mint fudge. Swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
  3. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer mint flavor, increase peppermint extract to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
