- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
For the strawberry crunch topping:
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup Golden Oreos
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a mini muffin pan.
- Make the crust: Mix crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter, then press into the mini muffin cavities.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Spoon over crusts and add strawberry jam.
- Bake: Bake for 12-14 minutes until set. Let cool and refrigerate.
- Make the topping: Pulse freeze-dried strawberries and Golden Oreos, add melted butter. Sprinkle over cheesecake bites before serving.
