Description

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

For the strawberry crunch topping:

  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Golden Oreos
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a mini muffin pan.
  2. Make the crust: Mix crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter, then press into the mini muffin cavities.
  3. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Spoon over crusts and add strawberry jam.
