Maine Lobster Piccata:
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked Maine lobster meat (claw, knuckle, or tail, cut into bite-sized pieces)

- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chicken or seafood broth
