- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal (marshmallows and cereal pieces separated)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Add Mix-Ins: Fold in the cereal pieces and white chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Press marshmallows into warm cookies and cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra colorful cookies, reserve some marshmallows to sprinkle on top before baking.
