Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Melt Cheeses: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds, then stir until melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Create Dough: Stir in the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll Out: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a 10–12 inch circle.
- Bake: Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, remove the top sheet of parchment, and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and slightly firm.
- Add Toppings and Finish: Remove from the oven, add your favorite low-carb pizza toppings, and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crisp.
