Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the crust: Cream butter and sugar, add flour and salt to form dough, press into pan, and bake until golden.
- Prepare the filling: Whisk sugar, flour, eggs, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Combine crust and filling: Pour lemon mixture over warm crust and bake until set.
- Cool and serve: Cool, refrigerate, slice, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
