Mushrooms:

  • 16 large white mushrooms

Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Clean and prep mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.
  3. Sauté the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chopped stems and garlic until softened.
  4. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, bacon, parsley, onion powder, and black pepper. Add sautéed mushroom mixture.
  5. Stuff the mushrooms: Spoon filling into mushroom caps and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake: Bake for 18–20 minutes until tender and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
