Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: Whisk together flours, water, and salt until smooth.
- Cook the Crepes: Pour batter into a greased pan, add egg, scallions, and cilantro. Cook until set.
- Add Fillings: Spread hoisin and chili sauce, add wonton strips. Fold the crepe.
- Serve: Remove from pan and enjoy hot.
