- 1½ cups fresh or canned sliced peaches (drained if canned)
- 2 tablespoons peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and jalapeño. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in peaches, peach preserves, vinegar, mustard, and paprika. Simmer for 4–5 minutes, mashing a few peaches to thicken the sauce.
- Combine: Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to heat through.
