Instructions

- Make the Creamer: In a medium saucepan, combine the half-and-half, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and strawberry syrup. Heat gently without boiling. Let cool and refrigerate.
- Serve: Shake well before adding to coffee.
