Marinade:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a zip-top bag or dish, pour marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade, grill for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
