Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for 10–12 minutes.
- Peel hazelnuts: Transfer warm hazelnuts to a clean kitchen towel and rub to remove most of the skins.
- Make hazelnut butter: Blend peeled hazelnuts in a food processor for 5–8 minutes until smooth nut butter forms.
- Add ingredients: Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust consistency: If too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
- Store: Transfer to a clean jar and store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerate for longer freshness.
