Chicken Packets:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 1 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F. Toss pineapple, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
