  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook onion, garlic, and ginger: Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and ginger.
  3. Cook ground turkey: Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add vegetables: Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and cook until tender.
  5. Make sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and black pepper. Pour over turkey and vegetables.
  6. Finish and garnish: Cook for another 2 minutes, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
