Description

Casserole:

  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans (or 2 cans drained)
  • 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
  • cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  3. Add beans and onions: Stir in green beans and 2/3 cup of fried onions.
  4. Bake: Pour mixture into the baking dish, bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Top with onions: Sprinkle remaining fried onions over the top, bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve: Serve warm.
