Casserole:
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked green beans (or 2 cans drained)
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
- cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Add beans and onions: Stir in green beans and 2/3 cup of fried onions.
- Bake: Pour mixture into the baking dish, bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with onions: Sprinkle remaining fried onions over the top, bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Serve warm.
